With its length, a definite 3 shotter. 

The tee shot with a driver favouring the left half of the fairway will allow an easier 2^nd shot. 

Then with a long iron the golfer wants to hit his second shot to the bottom of the hill, again favouring  the left taking care to avoid the bunker and to allow a 3^rd shot with a 8 or 9 iron uphill to a 2 tiered green.

Club selection on the 3^rd shot is vital as being on the wrong level makes 2 putting very difficult.  The golfer will feel this is a birdie chance but because of its length a 5 is not disastrous.
